This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Watermark DM, L.P. (“Watermark” or “We”), collects and uses the information you provide through the WatermarkDelMar.com website www.WatermarkDelMar.com (along with all subdomains, collectively, the “Site”) and information regarding Watermark project (“Project”).

In order for you to access the Site and learn about the Project, we may require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). We maintain a procedure in order to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. At any time, you may contact Watermark via email: [email protected] to update your Personal Information.

You may remove your information from Watermark’s database. If you remove your information from Watermark’s database it will no longer be used by Watermark to send correspondence to you. You may remove your information by sending your request in writing via email to [email protected].

ii. Security

The information stored on Watermark’s computers use industry standard security measures (such as a firewall and password protections) in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Watermark’s control. Notwithstanding such measures, Watermark cannot guarantee that its security measures will prevent its computers from being illegally accessed, and the Personal Information on them stolen or altered.

We reserve the right, to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site. Notification of any change to this Privacy Policy will be sent via email to those persons having email addresses on record with Us. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
